Toetesnbord en touchpad

Hallo,

Terwijl ik op mijn mini-note van Hp in een word-document aan het typen ben gebeurt het soms dat het toetsenbord plots niet meer reageert. Het enig dat ik kan doen is de computer opnieuw heropstarten, en alles werk weer zoals voorheen.
Hetzelfde krijg ik regelmatig met de touchpad die helemaal niet meer reageert, zodat ik de aanwijzer niet meer kan besturen, maar met de aangesloten muis gaat het dan wel. Of omgekeerd: de muis reageert niet en de touchpad wel.
In al die gevallen is heropstarten de enige remedie.
Weet iemand hier een verklaring voor en heeft er een oplossing voor?
